For Clearly Consulting, 2025 was about growing our team and expertise while staying laser-focused on our mission: guiding organizations through their most critical transformations and turning complexity into efficiency. The journey was challenging—like scaling a mountain—but incredibly rewarding. Ending the year stronger than we started is a powerful achievement that confirms our approach to strategic project guidance works. As we look ahead, we’re sharing our top 10 accomplishments of the year, which represent strategic shifts that strengthened our expertise and capacity to serve you better.

1. We added new consultants across various skillsets to our team, which allow us better support our growing list of clients.

2. We kicked-off many high-impact projects and deepened our partnerships with existing clients, proving that our services continue to be essential for organizations navigating challenging projects and resource constraints.

3. We got back into hands-on project roles for our clients. This ensures our consulting methods are always fresh, relevant, and based on what's working right now in the field.

4. We completed a full refresh of the Clearly Consulting website to make it easier for prospective clients and partners to understand exactly we can help.

5. We brought new, powerful project management tools into our practice, allowing us to offer even more expertise to our nonprofit clients. 

6. We successfully guided a significant number of clients through their most complex projects, helping them turn messy systems and confusing chaos into measurable, valuable business clarity.

7. We continued our commitment to the community by mentoring future leaders through programs like PMI Austin and volunteering locally at the Central Texas Food Bank, supporting the nonprofit ecosystem we believe in.

8. We participated in nonprofit and tech industry conferences, including Women in Tech Summit, SCORE, and Texas Dreamin’.

9. We earned recognition on key industry resource lists (like Watt's list) and focused on growing our referral network. 

10. We served as a key connection point linking our colleagues and industry contacts to fill gaps in skills and enable problem solving.
